Size Matters in Buying Decisions
Whenever we see a prospective property to invest on, consider the size and the number of people who will be living. It is useless to stay in a home where you will be all by your lonesome and hear echoing sounds of a large space that is not put to good use.
Also, the amortization and cost for maintaining a bigger place than usual will not be feasible and practical. Most of us have our cost priorities and if we are wise, we should be practical in spending these days. Home and shelter is important but knowing up to what point we must live on must likewise be given priority.
