Hope for the US Real Estate Market
The real estate market in the US is getting worse, but one man is saying that it can get better. California Real Estate Commissioner Jeff Davi spoke to the mostly depressed 300 members and guests of the San Diego Association of Realtors yesterday, and it can be summed up in these words:
“The market is cyclical, you know that,” he said. “There’s no quick fix. There’s no silver bullet.”
As we reported last time, San Diego was one of the hardest hit in the US real estate market. Now the commish is advising that the newbies partner up with the veterans agents and that they should focus on the rising number of foreclosure properties because that is an opportunity for all.
