Can I have my Commission?
There are various reasons why you are involved in the real estate market. You may be looking for a new home or just want to sell your current house. Whatever your reasons are, you should have a better grasp about real estate commission. You must be conscious that as the one buying a new home, you are not in any way obligated to shell out commission fees to your real estate agent. The seller is the one who gives shares to his agent and the agent of the buyer. However, the seller may or may not include the commission in the selling price but it is best to talk things through before entering into an agreement.
