Choosing your movers
Moving is always a big event, so it only follows that you should prepare well for it.
Choosing your moving company is of course, one of the most important aspects of your move. First, consider the size of the load you’re going to bring with you to your new home. If it’s not so much, then you may consider hiring a man and van outfit, or just hire a moving van yourself if you don’t mind driving your stuff and unloading it all by yourself. In the case of actual moving companies, try to research first online and look at customer feedback regarding their services. You can also compare quotes (note that quotes are usually not the actual price you pay – as actual price will be higher) between companies and make followup inquiries in order to get the most accurate figure you will actually pay.
