Cold Markets – Real Estates
Not the place where they sell stuff, but the real estates market which is still in stagnation without much in terms of progress since the crisis began. The sub-prime lending market collapse started a slide that was unseen for many years causing many to lose jobs. The impact of that very collapse, did it’s part in further dragging the economy down into recession.
many months after the crisis began, the several attempts to shore up interest rates and bailout funds later, the housing market is still in trouble. Mortgages go unpaid resulting in foreclosures that cannot be disposed of due to lost jobs and non-spending public. Let us just hope that the economy rebounds to its former self with jobs, profits and houses being sold.
