As far as making investment in real estate is concerned, you have to look more towards what you see. Make a careful analysis of the surroundings and the land value. You simply cannot be blindsided by a good physical stature of the property as a whole.
Such is good advice towards people who want to make good investments. A physical survey of a property standing is good but it is not everything. Think of what the neighborhood or the whole area would be 5 years from now and then decide. You just have to think in broader terms than seeing a single structure standing there for you to buy.
