Condo or House & Lot

Deciding whether to take in a condominium or a house and lot is a though dilemma. A condo is usually located in the city while most house and lots are found near rural areas. It is now the option of the buyer if he or she wants to reside near the city or not. If money is not a problem, then the only deciding point is the environment.
If everything has been compromised for in your decisions, then, you only have to consider the environment you desire to live in. Do you want a busy or quiet place? Do you like the sleepless and tiring life of the city? Or do you find the peaceful countryside fitting to your taste?
