There are thousands and thousands of transactions that agents and brokers deal with day in and day out with investors and buyers. The real estate industry is volatile that it can be compared with the market that fluctuates as fast as the economy does. In the US, the real estate industry has been hurt in the same way as the rise and fall of the global economy, but still it continues to pick up and flourish.
